PAF JF-17 thunder plane crashed

A JF-17 thunder fighter plane of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) crashed in Mulla Mansoor mountains near Attock on Monday. Rescue teams have found dead body of the pilot of PAF training aircraft crashed near Mansar town at Attock.

Sources said the body of Squadron Leader Hussain was recovered some three kilometers from the crash site.

According to PAF spokesman, the jet was on a routine operational training mission when it crashed and that was a mountain area where the jet crash and due to the crash no loss was reported on the ground; meanwhile an investigation board has been constituted to probe the matter.

According to the SHO Attock, the pilot of jet Squadron Leader Hussain martyred in this incident and his dead body was recovered some three kilometers from the crash site; meanwhile the dead body was shifted to Kamrah.

According to SHO, the jet was totally damaged and the apparently it has observed that the parachute was not properly open due to which the pilot got martyred.
