Plant-Based Cleaner can also save the government millions in HAZMAT fees

LANSING, Mich.(DefenceTalk) For years, the military has been plagued with weapon malfunctions caused by sand, dust, and cold temperatures, as well as carbon buildup produced as the weapons are fired. The most widely publicized example was the capture of Jessica Lynch's unit in Iraq – most of the unit's soldiers reported that their guns had jammed during the encounter.

Gunzilla(TM) BC-10, a weapon cleaner, lubricant, and protectant, is designed to reduce weapon malfunctions, and formulated to remove the health concerns associated with many firearm solvents. Soldiers in combat have been requesting better gun cleaners, and in the summer of 2006, parents, fellow soldiers, and care giving groups started sending boxes of Gunzilla to soldiers.

By winter, soldiers were reporting superior results using Gunzilla BC-10 in the combat zones of Iraq and Afghanistan:
    —
“Gunzilla is a life saving product”
    — “My squad has cut our weapon malfunctions by 75 percent since we
       started using Gunzilla”
    — “I received a case of Gunzilla from my mother in the mail. Since I have
been using this product I have had no weapon jams or malfunctions.”
    — “It is easier to clean our weapons after each mission and only takes
       half the time”
    — “It will not break up the skin on your hands and washes off easy”
    — “Gunzilla was more valuable than gold in our unit … our weapons would
fire when we needed them most.”
    — “This product needs to find its way into the hands of every soldier
       over here”

Gunzilla is now finding its way into law enforcement as well … officers going in for re-qualification have reported improved weapon reliability after using this product. Gunsmiths are also documenting cases wherein firearms which were once thought to have mechanical problems perform flawlessly after using Gunzilla.

Gunzilla is unique because it is made from plants (no water and no petroleum). Once the gun is clean and the weapon is wiped dry, Gunzilla leaves a thin slippery coating for lubrication and protection. This coating reduces the attraction of sand, dust, and carbon which cause many jams. The protective coating is also superior in preventing rust, which can also lock up a gun in a moist environment.

The Federal Government can save millions in HAZMAT fees, shipping costs, and landfill fines using Gunzilla because it contains no hazardous chemicals, is non-flammable, and is non-corrosive. Gunzilla is currently used by five different Federal Agencies, as well as numerous police departments across the nation.

To our knowledge, Gunzilla is the first product in the history of modern warfare to reduce a combat unit's weapon malfunctions by 75 percent, and this can save many lives. Hopefully, sometime soon, all soldiers and law enforcement officers will benefit from this potentially life saving and Earth- friendly product.
