Tactical Solution Partners, Inc.,

Tactical Solution Options Division Providing Subject Matter Expertise to U.S. Navy's Maritime Interception Operations

GLEN BURNIE: Tactical Solution Partners, Inc., a provider of rugged mobile communication equipment and tactical training and preparedness solutions to the first-responder, military and commercial markets, is providing Maritime Security Operations training and support services to the U.S. Navy through its Tactical Solution Options (TSO) division.

TSO is providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) personnel in Maritime Interception Operations (MIO), which is one of the U.S. Navy's key roles in stemming the flow of terrorists and contraband materials through the world's shipping lanes and countering piracy on the high seas. Vital to the success of the MIO mission is proper preparation of U.S. warships and their specialized boarding teams that board suspect vessels at sea. To date, TSO has trained and evaluated over 30 U.S. Navy Combatant Warships.

TSO incorporates expertise in MIO mission training ranging from high-end special operations tactical ship boarding to routine vessel boarding and document inspection protocol and procedures. Understanding the importance, scope, and complexity of Maritime Interception Operations, the TSO team leverages their knowledge, skills, and experience to provide the U.S. Navy with superior training and support services.

“Our ultimate goal is to support the U.S. Navy's operational readiness in Maritime Security Operations and related warfare areas both on the high seas and in littoral operating areas,” said Richard Sajac, CEO of Tactical Solution Partners. He added, “TSO is playing an important role in support of the U.S. Navy's ongoing mission to deter, mitigate and defeat maritime terrorism and piracy. With over 100 years of subject matter expertise in tactical training and maritime security operations, our TSO team is very well qualified to play this key supporting role.”

Tactical recently filed a registration statement on Form 10-SB with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, reporting that the Company has increased revenues to approximately $17.1 million for the year ended December 31, 2006, an increase of 89% over the approximately $9 million for the comparable period in 2005.

Once the registration statement is effective, Tactical will file periodic reports with the SEC with all corporate filings available for review both by shareholders and the general public. The Company has made it a corporate priority to apply to the appropriate regulatory agencies to have its common stock quoted on the NASD OTC Bulletin Board to increase shareholder visibility and liquidity.

Maryland-based Tactical Solution Partners consistently provides the highest quality, cost-effective rugged mobile communication equipment as well as the latest anti-terrorism training and preparedness solutions to a rapidly growing stable of private, commercial and government clients. Tactical intends to continue to grow its revenues through strategic acquisitions, organic growth and by leveraging business relationships with current partners including Panasonic, Northrop Grumman, Verizon Wireless and IBM Global Services.
