Four Block 52 Plus F-16s were delivered to the 31st Air Base in Poznan-Krzesiny. With this delivery acomplished, the base is nearing the final acquirement of all it's aircraft.
The flight was performed by pilots from the USAF and by one Polish pilot maj. Cezary WISNIEWSKI, Deputy Commander of the 6th Tactical Air Squadron who completed the first ever polish F-16 flight across the Atlantic Ocean.
The delivered F-16s numbered 4059, 4062, 4063 and 4085, consist of three F-16C single-seater and one F-16D double-seater aircraft. In total, thirty-one F-16s have been delived to the 31st Air Base in Poznan-Krzesiny.
After the technical inspection procedures are completed, the aircraft will be implemented to the 3rd and 6th Tactical Air Squadrons.
