Norwegian Defense Forces, Defence Study 07 (FS 07) will enable the Chief of Defence to promote comprehensive and professional military advice for the Minister of Defence and the Government in the period of 2009-2012.
The main focus will be to propose measures for attaining a permanent balance between tasks, structure and resources, protect operational structure and increase the efficiency of the support structure.
Studying the challenges
FS 07 is organised as a project team and will report to a advisory group appointed by the Chief of Defence, who is also the leader. This group consists of the chief of staff, the chief of the Defence Department
