UK Ministry of Defence, New logistic support arrangements for the MoD's fleet of Merlin helicopters will increase the numbers of aircraft available to the Royal Navy and Royal Air Force, Minister for the Armed Forces Adam Ingram announced today.
The EH101 Merlin Mk3 is used by the RAF to move equipment and troops in theatres of operation, whilst the EH101 Merlin Mk1 is used by the Royal Navy for both Anti-Submarine warfare and Anti-Surface warfare.
