www.youtube.com The Pan-European security treaty (Договор о европейской безопасности) is an under development alliance, to separate the european security and european affairs from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization or NATO, United States and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation or SCO, proposed by Dmitry Medvedev. The Pan-European security treaty will be a system of collective defence in Europe continent built by the Russian Federation, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ukraine, Belarus and the European Union. NATO, SCO, United States and Europe will continue working together only in international security and international affairs. Pan-European security got responses from more than 20 european governments and their administrations. MiG-29, Rafale C, Sukhoi PAK FA and Eurofighter Typhoon will be the main fighters of the Pan-European security treaty.
