Lockheed Martin, OWEGO, N.Y. — Lockheed Martin has been awarded a $7.2 million contract by the U.S. Navy to design, develop and integrate Test Program Sets (TPSs) that can be used by avionics maintenance technicians at intermediate maintenance activities around the world and at sea for troubleshooting and repairing common cockpit weapons replaceable assemblies (WRA).
