Korean Information Service, The T-50 Golden Eagle, a Korean jet trainer and light attack aircraft, will make its public debut in the upcoming Seoul Air Show 2005 next month, according to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy on Friday (Sept. 2).
The air show will be held at the Seoul Airport, Sungnam, Kyonggi Province, between Oct. 18-23.
Korea developed the jet trainer, making it the 12th in the world. The T-50, co-developed with U.S.-based Lockheed Martin, is designed to provide pilot training for current and next-generation fighters like advanced F-16 and F-22s.
