SU-27 FLANKER: ITS MOST FAMOUS MANEUVER
Here you can take a close look at the Flanker´s most famous maneuver, known as "THE COBRA". In a short time and a fast pull of the stick, the pilot makes the plane "slide" (speaking in not very properly terms) through the air. Suddenly you have one plane facing the flow with the belly. I don´t know what is this maneuver SPECIFICALLY used for (except for dogfight, of course, i think probably for some kind of evasion maneuver). Hope you enjoy the video!!!
