Talks to rebuild, reopen bazaar in Safaar, Afghanistan
Civil affairs Marines with Lima COmpany, 3rd Batalion, 1st Marine Regiment begin efforts to rebuild and reopen the bazaar in Safaar, Garmsir District, Helmand Province, after a clearing operation swept away the Taliban and removed improvised explosive devices that kept many locals in their homes out of fear for their lives.
