The other 12 supposedly being negotiate with Oman. However some speculation in Turkish media and forums speculate on potential that Qatar will let go another 12 Eurofighter, when all their Rafale order already come. This happen as the talk with Oman being talk not progressing much as with Qatar.

Turkiye claim their Gokdogan BVRAAM already achieve 100km range, make it similar to AIM-120 class. Turkiye work on two BVRAAM project, Gokdogan which's aimed to be AIM-120 equivalent, and Gokbora which's aimed to be Meteor equivalent.
