Pearl Harbor, Hawaii (Sept. 5, 2002) -- Electronics Technician 3rd Class Leon Guerrero, a network administrator aboard the guided missile destroyer USS O'Kane (DDG 77), greets guests at his ship's change of command ceremony. Cmdr. Michael S. Viland became O'Kane's third commanding officer, relieving Cmdr. Taylor W. Skardon.
