EIELSON Air Force Base, Alaska -- Captain Karl Palmberg, 18 Fighter Squadron, Eielson AFB, Alaska refuels his F-16 Fighting Falcon from a 939th Air Refueling Wing, Portland ANG KC-135 during Exercise Northern Edge '06. These aircraft were operating over the Gulf of Alaska during a maritime exercise. Northern Edge '06 is a joint training exercise hosted by the Alaskan Command.
