Chennai, India: Ensign Michael Betsch looks on as the guided missile frigate USS Curts (FFG 38) makes its way past the Indian Navy large patrol craft INS Sukanya (P 50). Curts' arrived in Chennai, India for a four-day port visit and associated participation in the third South Asia Search and Rescue Exercise (SAREX). SAREX is a multi-lateral exercise designed to train exercise participants and enhance cooperation on regional night search and rescue procedures.
