EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- A Navy F/A-18 from Strike Fighter Squadron Eight Seven (VFA-87) sits on the flightline here during Red Flag-Alaska 07-1 here on April 12. VFA-87 is home based at Naval Air Station Oceana, Virginia. Red Flag-Alaska is a Pacific Air Forces-directed field training exercise for U.S. forces flown under simulated air combat conditions.
