It's impossible to construct roads in locations that are so remote and where the terrain is so hard.

well if they do bit by bit then i think it can be done. nothing is impossible. if they start now then they may finish in 2010-15. atleast they will be saving people.

It's not impossible but it's also not economical. That plays a vital role too.
