From what I heard the choice are those two, either buy 2nd hand AOR (Wave class seems the one they are talking) or build new one. All depends on how big the budget for new ocean going AOR can be afforded.

In IndoDefence they shown their mine hunting UUV or AUV. They are claimimg the prototype being prepared by less then six months. Able to operate up to 50m depth and travel up to 15 knt underwater.
