The Roois are the best option you can have on the table, the Agusta comes next. Otherwise you could still buy armed Z-9s and used mangustas from china and still get yourself a good deal.

Your right... armed Z9s
mixed with a few newer brand models such as mangusta or rooivalk.
Cobras will come with too much problems and could be a headache in terms of parts in the future.

2) it can operate in the himalayas

Seen as though were on what IF,s lets go for los angeles class subs, cruise missiles, aircraft carriers.
