I must confess I find this information extremely concerning. Particularly in view of nuclear treaties and disarmament between Russia and the US that have taken place over the last few decades.
It neutralizes such treaties completely. How concerned could Washington be about this? Or indeed Japan, South Korea and all of the other nations in that region?

3000 miles of "secret" underground tunnels? Do they have any idea what are they talking about? How hard is it to hide such a buildup? USA managed to uncover Yamantau mountain project in 90-s, something tells me it'd be way harder to hide those tunnels, especially due to the amount of workforce that will be used and the amount of rock that will be extracted in the process.

And about those 3000 warheads... how did they come to that conclusion in first place? Do they have better knowledge on Chinese nuke-production capabilities (starting from the amount of fissionable material they have and can process?) then world's intelligence agencies?

What actions would you suggest that the report writers carry out to bring the report up to the level you would consider it credible enough for printing?

I know for a fact that there is a rivalry between Russia and America, but hearing different nuclear bombs alarm me that this is more serious than what I thought, I just pray and hope that people will stop fighting each other and learn to forgive though I know people cant easily forget.
