At sea aboard USS Rueben James (FFG 57) Sep. 26, 2002 -- A member of the Pakistani Navy gives a ââ¬Ëthumbs upââ¬â¢ to his shipmates aboard the Pakistan Navy Ship (PNS) Shahjahan (DDG 186) as he spends his second day with U.S. Sailors aboard USS Rueben James (FFG 57). USS Rueben James is participating in exercise ââ¬ÅInspired Siren 02.ââ¬Â Inspired Siren 02 is a U.S.-Pakistani bilateral exercise involving surface and air forces from both nations. The exercise is designed to enhance interoperability and tactical proficiency as well as refine and strengthen the existing relationship of the two navies.
