Flying in a tight formation over the Great Pyramids of Giza, Coalition jets conducted a metaphorical multi-national handshake during Exercise Bright Star 2005. The 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit (Special Operations Capable) provided an AV-8B Harrier Fighter Attack jet for the historic fly-over, which was executed at 300 nautical miles per hour over the ancient wonders.
