INDIAN OCEAN (Sept. 6, 2007) - Vice Adm. Doug Crowder, commander of U.S. 7th Fleet, arrives aboard USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63) during Exercise Malabar 07-2. The exercise involves more than 20,000 personnel of the navies of U.S., Australia, India, Japan and Singapore.
