More on Canadarm 3, as a follow-up to the link posted by @Calculus above:

NASA apparently doesn’t need the Gateway and is now planning a lunar orbiting space station. Given increased defence needs, it will interesting to see how of the much Lunar missions get cancelled.

NASA is going with Space X's Starship now.

Possibly, but I think that Elon would still go to the moon anyway. If anything, the current situation will have reinforced his ambition to inhabit Mars and make humanity a multiplanet species.

Further to the previous post, Canada will be sending an astronaut into space in 2023 in support of the Lunar Gateway project (the mission is Artemis II): https://www.cbc.ca/news/technology/canada-astronaut-moon-1.5843540
And that astronaut has been selected - Jeremy Hansen:

Interesting news related to a domestic satellite launch capability. That part isn't new - the site in Nova Scotia has been under development for several years. What is new is the mention of a new hypersonic vehicle (SHARP) and rocket motors.

Does not yet in operation mean they haven't been launched yet?
Correct. There are also a number of satellites not listed here, that are part of the new north warning system. I expect there will be more detail in the upcoming defence policy update in the Fall, but from what I have read these would be used in combination with the new Jindalee OTH radar and updated "standard" radars to form a system capable of detecting new threats, such as hypersonics. There are hints already in the current defence policy (Our North, Strong and Free).
