How can stealth aircraft be detected nowadays?

Any good answers? Its for research purposes as im gonna take Military science soon.

Read that first as it's sort of a primer for how low observability works. As for defeating it, that depends on how the aircraft is evading sensors. If it's using a jammer, for example, that is a different solution and thus requires a different response than if the aircraft is shaped to reduce its radar signature. And remember, low observability doesn't make an aircraft invisible, it simply reduces the signature of the associated vehicle. So low observability or signature management are both more accurate terms than "stealth". That link should give you some ideas as to how it all works (and thus how it might be defeated).

Might be worth re-reading Bonza's post, as well as the link he provided. The term, "stealth" is a generic term for what is more accurately a condition, namely Low Observable or LO. It is not a specific or discrete technology set, hence the claims of "anti-stealth" sensors/technology becomes somewhat laughable.

LO is a capability - its not a discrete tech set - so the notion that it can be "defeated" ignores the reality of how its evolved in the first place.

Note that as the capability evolves across different tech sets, counter detection and detection also evolves.
