I know its old but this aircraft was heavily based on WW2 German designs from the Arado company, There are rumours saying the F-7 had great performance and manouverability in the sky(in its day) but had a high record of crashes when landing on Carrier decks, possibly due to the long front landing gear. Maybe this aircraft would have been better in the USAF than the USN?, Or have the nose gear sorted out?.
