BTR-50 seems going to be replace by AAV7, especially if the offer to get USMC Surplus being taken all. That could be 100+ population. BMP-3F seems being shown continue interest as PT-76 replacement.

Problem is always getting acceptable financing scheme with Russian assets. Like it or not, that's where brokerage coming on. They are the one that arrange financing scheme that're acceptable by both buyer and supplier. When the supplier is a nation that still under western financial sanction, it is not easy. In short only a handfull brokerage that now seems still specialise dealing with Russia and Belarus.

With Trump USA, the important thing is how far the trading balance can be settle. My understanding is Boeing got compensation for those F-15EX with 737-9 and 787-9 for Garuda.

Not really. Singapore holds that record. This TV guided glide bomb was developed, built and tested...in the 1980s.

After shown last year the full size mock up of Harimau APC, the first production prototype already done trial test at FNSS facility. Will then ship to Pindad facility, who also doing assembly production on second prototype

Like I put in previous post on the mock up last year, doubtful. Harimau MT suppose to replace AMX 13, but so far only 18 being order. Some rumours talk about additional order of 36 will be given this year or early next year to make 54. Still even that happen it will take long time to replace all AMX 13.

Yes this Harimau APC also suppose to replace AMX-VCI. However those APC has more population then AMX-13, thus make it more doubtful. If this Harimau APC can replace half of AMX-VCI, it is already good progress.

As for Stormers, just like Scorpions, they are relative much younger then AMX's. I suspect their replacement has not been prepared yet in planning.

Personally I suspect Scorpions and Stormers and some modified AMX 13 & VCI will be push to eastern military command. Even Marines station with 3rd fleet at Papua also got most remaining PT-76 and BTR-50. It's been practices the Eastern Command got older equipment coming from larger more established Western Command.

Both currently are Pindad main rifle production. SS2 already fully replace its predecessor SS1 as FNC base rifle. While SS3 is M4 base rifle. From what I heard Pindad actually less enthusiastic with SS3, as they want to continue developing SS2 as their own development rifle

However the user want to have M4 base, especially special forces. Thus this SS3 basically Caracal license production.

As usual Pindad claim that SS3-M1 is their own development and not license. However in 2021 they sign agreement with Caracal for development design. Then after that SS3-M1 begin trial and entering production line. I guess their agreement with Caracal being put as joint design, not license. Similar but different semantics.
