Successful Meteor missile firings with Gripen completed

JAS 39 Gripen is a swedish light 4th generation STOL multi-role/swing-role fighter aircraft. It's in service in Sweden, Hungaria, Czech Republic, Republic of South Africa.

Meteor missile is a beyond visual range, all-weather, autonomous, air-to-air missile and fully compatible with the Eurofighter, Typhoon, Raphael and Gripen.
The missle system can engage and destroy multiple targets from close to extreme range. It has a greatly increased “No Escape Zone” through its high velocity and exceptional agility.

Curious thing that British Aerospace is part owner of the Gripen AND of the Typhoon. The 2 jets are not directly in competition (Typhoon being bigger, more expensive and more specialized in air-to-air combat), still how does BAE decide which jet to support in international competitions ??

BAE Systems is not marketing the Gripen any more. Saab has taken over the whole thing. And before BAE never marketed the Gripen were the Typhoon was marketed.
