AN/FPS-115 phased array radar PAVE PAWS,was deployed at California and Massachusetts air force base in 1979 and 1981 respectively.From Wikipedia,AN/FPS-115 were developed by Raytheon. As I know ,Hughes aircraft were sold to Raytheon in 1997.So,AN/FPS-115 was developed by Raytheon originally or inherited from Hughes? The same question as SBX and AN/TPY-2?
