Basically hints from Yemen president in Moscow that there are plans for purchasing more Fulcrums. Either MiG-29 or MiG-35.
If Yemen does opt for the MiG-35, and our MoD purchases it like it's been claimed, then this may breathe life into the MiG-35 project even if it loses the India tender. After all the plane has almost completed development, and will have completed development before the tender is over. Which means that even if it loses the tender, there will still be reasons to produce it and market it, if only to try to offset the losses from development costs.
