missing navy friend

hi my name is pvt frawley of the army national guard. My buddy went into the navy right after i got back from basic training and i didnt get to see him before he left. I havnt talked to him since. his name is kevin wilkins. thats all i know. hes in the navy. its been about 6 or 7 months since he left. if you know how i can locate him or someone that can help me please let me know thanks
