What would happen if Japan and North Korea fought a war? Because this is a fantasy scenario, neither country can recieve any support from other countries; however they can buy products from other countries during the course of the war (for example oil).

Both countries are at their current military strength at the start of the war. North Korea starts the war by violating Japanese sea and airspace. The only way for the war to end is for one country to fully occupy the other's country, or one military is destroyed to the point where it would be impossible for them to fight further.

How do you think the war would play out? Who would win?
