Keris FB shown the livery of new squadron 106 as Training Squadron. As mention on previous post, this squadron Cessna as basic trainer.
My understanding the flight training regime for TNI-AU Academy students will gain their flying hours first on Grob G-120 as Primary Trainer. After that they diverge with those to take Combatan path will take KT-1B as Basic Trainer, and those taking Transport/Utilities and Navigators path are taking this Cessna.
After that the combatan path goes to TA-50 and if nothing changes the transport/utilities path goes to PC-24. Both TA-50 and PC-24 have dual role as Advance Trainers and Light Fighter and Transport. That's my understanding on current-future training flight regime. Fell free to corrected if new information come.

This I put in TNI-AU thread as potentially it can change TNI recruitment path. This basically say TNI will recruit not only ussual Jock type, but also Nerd type, as long as meet minimum physical requirement.
For brach that more in tune on tech changes like TNI-AU and TNI-AL (AF and Navy), this can help them to gain more appropriate candidates for Electronics Warfare and Drones management.
