Eurofighter/Rafale in Service

I'm not worried regarding the Tranche 3 of the Eurofighter, as it to me looks like the "tranformational" version of that aircraft.

• Upgrade in sensors (CAESAR, Pirate). Sensor fusion.
  
  
• Improved expeditionary capability wrt range (CFT, increased thrust).
  
  
• The netcentrics for future battlefields (like the F-35?).
  
  
• Further expansion of ordnance packages.
  

IMV it would be nonsensical to stop with T2.

Tranche 3 will be decided in 2008 earliest given the current delays. Eurofighter already has network centric warfare capabilities not more worse than other aircraft and this capabilities will be increased in future.
