Weasel1962 banned for 3 months for breaches of good forum citizenship.
This was not a "sudden" decision and has been a result of previous engagement problems between this poster and most members of the Mod/Admin team.
Arguing technical issues when the facts have been pointed out by people who do the job, or who have an operational awareness smacks of wanting to have an argument for arguments sake rather than engaging in real debate.
It smacks of indifference and disrespect to continually have the need to challenge Mods or DefProfs - and across multiple threads in different sections.

As it currently stands and based on the quality of posts, rip is poorly suited to be a member of this forum. This banned user needs to stop injecting personal political views into technical discussions (which is a form of going off-topic). Further, it is recommend that this banned member stops lecturing other more informed members and learns to meaningfully interact with other members.

justone and TheAZCowboy have been permanently banned for failing to provide requested credentials to the mod team after having made claims of prior service.
People, it's just not worth doing this. The mod team has resources in place to verify claims of prior service and if you're going to infer credibility via such claims, you will be expected to verify them with us. If you're making things up, you will get found out and you won't get any more respect out of it than you would otherwise. Just be yourselves and feel free to participate in online discussion without having to pretend you're something you're not.

I'd once again like to make the point that if you don't gain anything from making claims like this unless they're genuine. You will get found out, and you will get permanently banned. Don't worry about pretending to be something you're not, just participate as yourself.
