Rossiman has been perm banned for posing as Aussie Digger on another discussion board.

All of us have seen his apology thread but apparently, he couldn't help himself and tried to re-register with another account on a site that had already banned him twice. This was attempted since our earlier discussions with him.

Other reasons he was already being considered for a ban are: Excessive one liners, trivial questions, not following the rules in general.

Let this be of a lesson to everyone: DO NOT try to use moderator accounts on ANY website and pose as if you were them on other sites because moderators and admins from these websites DO interact with each other on regular basis and things like these do come up every now and then. So please be yourself and respect other people's name/nicks and indentities.

CPL Laffoon banned for 31 days (initially) for repeated breaches of Forum Guidelines. Posts have been reported by other members multiple times, and has ignored prev Mod warnings.

FADL, banned for 7 days for ignoring repeated Moderator and Admin warnings in relation to opening non-defence related threads.

FADL, this IS a Defence forum.

Stick to Defence related topics, military medical issues if necessary, but DEFENCE related topics.

In a weeks time you will have a chance to redeem yourself.

Both banned for multiple nick names... both are same user as far as I know (same IP address).

Get with the plan folks, follow the rules, no multiple nicks.

s3kiz, banned for one month for ignoring warnings... continueing discussion from one closed thread to another, off topic postings, political discussions.

Folks, when your post is deleted and you are asked to re read the rules, please learn to heed the warning rather than take the discussion about the warning in other threads and distrupt other members. Once you are given warning, I am not interested in talking about it. It is a done deal.

Banned for 3 months for repeated violations. 4 different Mods have repeatedly reminded him to stay on topic, to not cut and paste slabs of information, to provide coherent input - and to not return to topics that have been identified as not contributing to meaningful discussion

This has not been a snap decision, it's been discussed within the Mod team time and time again and via PM's by a number of us. Our patience has run out.

Banned for 3 months. If he returns and the behaviour has not changed he will be permanently banned - instantly at first violation
