What is the plane on the top right, next to what I think is a Tu-128? This is in the town of Rzhevsk Russia. Its obviously a single engine but the v tails make it a mystery for me, there is also a strange delta-wing tailless aircraft in the second picture butt that could just be a mig-21 with the tail chopped off.

If it's not a foreign delta shaped plane, it could be a MIG-21. Obviously used for experimental purposes.

But it leaves me cold, this kind of configuration has been studied a long time ago, there is not much to learn today from it.:(

Could be:
MiG-21I Analog
MiG21I /1
MIG-21I/2

But if I remember well, the wing shape here, on MIG-21I is called Gothic

yeah it could be a mig-29 without its engines which would make the space in-between them look like a single engines nozzle. Though the wing shape looks slightly off, and is about two feet wider than a mig29's
