News of the Brazilian Navy C-1A upgrade program has finally been released, Elbit systems' US subsidiary have been awarded a $106 million subcontract (with Marsh Aviation as prime contractor) to upgrade 4 airframes.

In Brazilian Navy service, the upgraded C-1A's will be COD/AAR aircraft designated as KC-2.

The aircraft will be serving on their aircraft carrier, NAe São Paulo.
Are these eight C-1s already delivered?
It was announced that that the Brazilian Navy will buy and modernize eight C-1 airframes to serve in the Carrier Onboard Delivery (COD) and aerial refueling roles for use on its aircraft carrier São Paulo, but is that even possible on an LHD?

No, and if I had to guess the order was cancelled. Currently the only fixed-wing aircraft operated by the Brazilian Navy are A-4 Skyhawks, everything else is helicopters. Naval aviation inventory is here.

Any use the Brazilian Navy had for COD fixed wing Aircraft disappeared with the retirement of the Sao Paulo in 2017, the Atlantico(ex HMS Ocean) can only operate Helicopters in Brazilian Navy service. @Todjaeger above has provided a list of current Aircraft operated by the Brazilian Navy as per there own Website.
