Here a video of Dutch F-16s at Volkel Air Base. Last Friday the 313 Squadron stopped with flying the F-16. The unit will start the conversion to the F-35A from January 2021.

Do 311 and 312 already operate the F-35, or are they disbanded like 306?

311 was already disbanded in 2011. 322 started the conversion to the F-35 already in 2019. Now 313 will be the next squadron to start the conversion later this year. 312 is the last F-16 squadron and will start the conversion after 2022 to the F-35. The 306 squadron was disbanded somewhere in 2003 I believe? The 306 is now re-activated as a drone squadron for photo recon missions and will be based in Leeuwarden in the future.
