doesn't seem like it
http://www.selex-sas.com/datasheets/Vixen500E.pdf
if you read that page, it doesn't seem like the much talked about Vixen 500E is really that impressive in terms of tracking range or detecting range.
Two things:

1) Note that it says "more than". It doesn't say how much more than, & you probably won't be told unless you're a likely buyer. Usual British practice is not to release the real maximum range for any radar until it's out of service, & certainly not to quote some hypothetical-in-ideal-conditions-against-big-target maximum for sales purposes. Real customers will have access to the real figures.

2) You should compare it with the opposition. It's a lightweight radar for lightweight aircraft, e.g. armed trainers. On larger aircraft, you can fit a larger array (which would need a bigger power supply), for increased range, i.e. the Vixen 750, which has been mentioned in plenty of documents released by Selex. Not finding it in the document you've linked to in another post isn't significant.

I thought Galileo Avionica was working with Selex (aren't they under one firm now?) on the Vixen AESA series?
Yes, they're the same. Or rather, they're both parts of the same firm, Finnmeccanica, the one named on the PDF tphuang linked to.

which is weird, since neither have a working version and Galileo is much further away.....
If you look at the original article, you see that the reference to talking to Galileo & Thales about a possible radar for the second batch is not connected to the reference to AESA. In fact, the Grifo is specifically mentioned. The mention of AESA comes later, after a few other remarks. Pshamin has misread the article.

....

The latest June issue of the Air Force Monthly Magazine, carries an interview with PAF Chief. The article is at least 6-7 pages long and discusses the following:...
3. PAF will equip the 2nd batch with AESA. Negotiations in progress with Thales or Gaileo '
...[/URL]
This is a misreading. What the article actually says is

1) the PAF is in discussion with Galileo & Thales for a radar for the 2nd batch (no. 51 onwards). The Grifo is mentioned. I imagine the Thales contender is the RC400, but no Thales radar is named.

2) later in the same paragraph, after a number of other remarks, "we're looking at AESA", or words to that effect. It is not connected to the discussions with Thales & Galileo, but seems to be a future aspiration.

In my opinion its a good move by puting F-16 in Hyd. or some where in Balochistan beacuse it also give some support to Navy also but are these F-16 are capable to help out NAVY in any aggretion.. ?

I suggest you read the earlier posts. There, you will see that the Pakistan Air Force Chief, Air Chief Marshal Tanvir Mahmood, has talked to Air Forces Monthly about exactly this matter.

is JF-17 is good enough to fight with MIG29 and shoot it down?

yea i definately believe that a JF-17 can bring a Mig-29 down. The JF-17 is a great addition to the Pakistani Air Force. This jet was influenced by the F-16 and the F-18. MiG-29 has great armament but the one thing that it kinda lacks is speed which the JF-17 clearly has

It was upgraded to 1.8 when wind-inlets were modified.

an israeli radar for jf-17 radar competition?? :shudder

A Chinese Radar has been selected for the initial batch of JF-17s and FC-1s. Pakistan may or may not select a Radar from Italy or France. FC-1s are likely to have Chinese Radars, but their is a competition from Russia and Israel.
