Good news, retention continues to improve. As of 2025 (30 April), the RNZN attrition rate was 5.8%. (RNZAF 6.9%, Army 7.8%).

Where did you get that drumbeat? Everything thin I have seen has the last ship delivering in 2040. The two year drumbeat is for the HCF.
