Winslow Wheeler's F-35 Tantrum

Has anyone else heard about Wheeler's plan to blast white noise over a loudspeaker (at an airfield where the F-35 will be based) to "expose the high levels of noise produced by the F-35 and hidden from public knowledge by special interest groups"?

Is it just me, or has POGO's whole anti-JSF campaign been reduced to Wheeler throwing temper tantrums and screaming for attention like a two year old child?
