New sonar domes for FFG's

just got this one from a US contractor I know who is working on sonar (mainly for the Virginia class SSN's) he's just come off tech testing the Jimmy Carter.

"Not to stray too off-topic, we will be fabricating about a half-dozen keel-mounted sonar domes for your FFG's! Be proud - they're an incredible improvement. An unfair advantage, if you will."

Are these for Australian FFG's (ie: HMAS Sydney to start with) or "others"?
