Exoplanet hard rain

We've heard the saying about raining cats and dogs. Well trying raining iron? It's gotta be somewhat hard on the brolly old boy, especially when its molten Scientists identify rain of molten iron on distant exoplanet. Then there are the winds of about 10,000 mph, and temperatures of 2,400°C on the permanently facing sunny side and 1,500°C on the permanently dark side of the planet, giving a temperature differential of 900°C, hence the strong winds. Not my cup of tea, but am sure some thrill seeker would want to try it out just because o_O Would probably be a Kiwi too :D
