Good Day. Looking for your expert opinion on how best can we develop the Subject Matter Expert(SME) in military and what would be the role of Training institution in developing SME? It is the dire need of the present time to develop SME for military. But, due to multi engagement nature of the military, it is very difficult for any person to develop the expertise on any matter.
The very role of various arms and services demand the SME at critical times. The demand for SME becomes more specific for the technical arms like Engineers or Signal corps.
It would be very kind and helpful to get your opinion on this matter. Directing to any research on the above subject would be appreciated.
(1. How best can we develop Subject Matter Expert(SME) in military? [Like SME in military bridging, Land Mines, Field engineering etc.]
