Basic training preperations

I'm seeking out some advice on the preperations one would make id they're heading off to basic trainging.

Get yourself as fit as you can concentrating on endurance as opposed to strength. However hard you try its almost certain that you will improve once your in the forces, but the better you are when you join, the easier it will be.

Yeah, I have 2 years until I am planning on joining, 1 year until I can. So I have plenty of time, so for now, I'm hording as much information as I can.

Problem is, if I start exercising, my family might force me todo it :whip Of course I'm aware that I don't have much of a choise todo it once in the military. But right now, as long as I have a choise I say niet. Soon though, soon.
