IF you are one of those who likes to post article after article WITHOUT any intention of discussing it or even posting your comments with it. We have introduced a FOLDER: based system.

Currently, there exists these threads which are considered a "FOLDER:"

In Flash Points Forum:

For all articles related to fight on terror in Pakistan, they would go in the this thread/FOLDER!
FOLDER: Fight on Terror - [ Pakistan ]
http://defencetalk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2653

For all articles related to IRAQ WAR II, they should be posted in the this thread/FOLDER
FOLDER: Iraq War II
http://defencetalk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2654

All articles related to Fight on terror involving Al-Qaeda, they should be posted in this thread/FOLDER:
FOLDER: Fight on Terror [ Al-Qaeda ]
http://defencetalk.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2655

There are some also in the social and political forum:
http://defencetalk.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=9

People were posting(better word is FLOODING) the forum with like articles without their own comments or intention to discuss it. Thus a FOLDER was created so anyone can update it if the article is related to the FOLDER subject line.

Our request to everyone is to try to post articles, defence issues related stuff from ALL OVER the world NOT just from countries you relate to. That way we will all learn about what other countries are doing as far as their defences/militaries are concerned and we will diversify the forum participation. If you flood the forums with just one type of articles about one country, it just doesn't help those who are looking for a diversified defence site with information about world and not just a particular region.

The fact of the matter is, you will learn more about defence issues if you post about other countries, regions and it will also help you understand your country's defence needs as maybe your country is also looking for same systems or advance tech as say a country in south america or eastern europe, etc. :)

I hope you all understand our concerns and help Defencetalk.com become a home for those looking for information from all over the world!

Thanks, Enjoy!

good call! I see alota moved topics in flash points. people still post! :lol
Thats right watcher but slowly people will start picking up to this idea. :D The more non-subcontinental topics there are the less pakistani vs indian ass rubbing there is. So, everyone is encouraged to post international issues topics rather than same old india vs pakistan. It will also give the flame baiters (you know who you are) to chew on a different nutt. :D
