Why don't you go to the source, ie the DoD budget docs for FY2011 USAF (page 37 & 61) and FY2011 USN (page 26)
All costs are FY2011 except the F-22
F-18E/F REC Flyaway = $60.3 mil
F-22 (FY2009) REC Flyaway = $150.4 mil
F-35A REC Flyaway = $121.5 mil
Of those three, only the F-35 is getting cheaper due to production ramp up. Once costs stabilize, the F-35B&C will be about $20 mil above the F-35A.
