Well, in my opinion he's done the right thing! No country should be allowed to secretly produce WMD. There is nothing special about Israel to justify an exception 
He's done his sentence and should be able to go whereever he wants to. That reactor is over 40 years old now and it's rather unlikely that he could tell any more than he has already. At least none of it would be up to date.
