Singapore (May 29, 2006) - Personnel Specialist 1st Class Aldwin Camuro mans the rails aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) as she pulls into Changi Naval Base, Singapore, to take part in exercise Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT). CARAT is an annual series of bilateral maritime training exercises between the United States and six Southeast Asia nations designed to build relationships and enhance the operational readiness of the participating forces.
